Insurance and rates

Most insurances cover chiropractic but individual policies vary. Check with customer service (phone number on back of your insurance card).

They will tell you how many visits are covered per year, how much of your deductible has been met (if applies), and the amount of your co-payment or co-insurance if any (also, usually on the card).

Co-payments, co-insurances and cash visits are due at the time of visit unless arrangements are made prior to the visit.

Cash visits are $48. This is for an adjustment. The initial visit is $135. This includes your history, physical examination, and an adjustment. Please leave an hour and a half in your schedule for the first visit.
